Working principle and equipment composition:
1. The machine uses ultrasonic high-speed vibration to generate continuous impact vibration on the surface of the mold to be cleaned through the steel needle, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the inner hole of the mold (in the ultrasonic cleaning process, the cleaned mold must be placed in water to complete the cleaning process).
2. This machine is mainly composed of three parts: ultrasonic generator, transducer and base.
1) .Ultrasonic generator: The ultrasonic generator is installed in a case, which is an ultrasonic power supply, and adopts automatic frequency tracking circuit to achieve the best ultrasonic output and vibration effect.
2). Transducer: The transducer is a high-efficiency piezoelectric ceramic transducer, which can convert ultrasonic waves into smooth ultrasonic vibrations.
3). Base: The base of the base has a supporting plate that can be adjusted up and down, and the transducer is installed on this supporting plate.
